1. Q: Can I get samples and how long will it take?
A: Yes. We can supply samples. You need to pay for the sample and courier. It will be sent out about 5 days after receiving payment.
2. Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ is 30pcs. If you have a forwarder in China, the MOQ can be reduced to 10pcs.
3. Q: Can I customize the products?
A: Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, and manual language are welcome. The MOQ for kids' bikes is 300pcs, and for baby toys, it is 150 cartons.
4. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container.
5. Q: What is the delivery time?
A: For kids' bikes (1000pcs), it takes about 25-30 days. For baby toys, we usually have stock and it takes only a few days.
6. Q: What materials are used for the Children Electric Motorcycle?
A: The motorcycle is primarily built using high-quality Plastic (PP) material.
