Drivers deliver to physical stores and nearby customers in the morning; orders placed in the morning will be loaded onto the truck at noon and sent to the logistics center in the afternoon. We aim to ship within 12-48 hours after receiving the order. If you need a refund before shipping, please contact customer service to confirm if the item has been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, you must bear the shipping label fee of 3 yuan and the shipping costs. We strive to improve our packaging to minimize damage during transportation.
A. Quality Assurance: All products undergo multiple inspections during production, post-production, and before shipping. Only qualified products are shipped. However, various uncertainties may lead to loss of functionality. We guarantee that 98% of our products are in good condition, and 2% fall under the exemption range.
B. Color & Variations: Product images are taken from real items. Due to differences in lighting, photography skills, and monitor color settings, there may be slight color variations. Additionally, the factory may adjust the product and packaging colors and methods due to market changes. Please refer to the actual product.
C. Workmanship: Our toys are affordable and offer great value. Some buyers may find the workmanship rough or have minor flaws, which do not constitute quality issues. No product is perfect. We upload real photos of each product. For any questions, please consult us. We do not accept returns for any reason. Bulk buyers can request samples first.

B. Delivery Disputes: We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time and do not accept returns or refusals due to late delivery. Wholesale involves packing multiple different items together, requiring packing and shipping labor. If a customer refuses to accept the goods after they have been safely delivered, the customer must bear the round-trip shipping costs, and the goods will be refunded at 70% of the original price.

Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving the goods. For quality issues, please return the product using regular logistics, accumulating 20 kg or more. We will send the replacement with your next order. The returned product must not affect our ability to resell it; otherwise, we will not accept the return or offer a 50% exchange.
C. Toy Policy: Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared to household appliances. Therefore, we do not offer a three-guarantee policy. For issues caused by improper operation or personal damage, we can provide after-sales repair services for a fee.
D. Easy Fixes: Many product issues can be resolved by simple operations such as replacing batteries, adjusting battery placement, or reconnecting wires. You can also consult us for toy repair advice.
E. Sales Performance: If the issue is due to poor sales, market resistance, or improper use, storage, or operation, we will not provide return or exchange services.
